The statement reads:</SPAN></FONT></P><BR> <P class=MsoNormal><FONT face="Times New Roman" size=3><I>CSi Complete, Customer Research, CynCast and Performance Feedback believe repair shops should have a choice in Customer Satisfaction vendors. We believe competition is healthy for the industry and do not believe repairers should be forced to used a specific CSI company. In the event a third party requests repair shop CSI information, CSi Complete, Customer Research, CynCast and Performance Feedback have agreed to work together to provide a comparative third party CSI report. This initiative is not exclusive to these four companies and we welcome other CSI providers to join in this effort.</I></SPAN></FONT></P><BR> <P class=MsoNormal><FONT face="Times New Roman" size=3><I>Having said this, we remain competitors in the market looking to earn business based on features, functionality, service and value. In the event a third party requires the use of a single CSI provider, and one of the participating companies is named as the preferred provider, there is further agreement to coordinate the survey effort to eliminate duplicate phone calls to vehicle owners and ensure consistency in reporting for each others CSI repair center customers.</I></SPAN></FONT></P><BR> <P class=MsoNormal><FONT face="Times New Roman" size=3>After the statement was released, CIECA (Collision Industry Electronic Commerce Association) voiced its support of the statement and offered to reignite the CIECA CSI Committee. The four companies and CIECA Executive Director Fred Iantorno held a conference call last week to explore issues and concerns of various industry segments.</SPAN></FONT></P><BR> <P class=MsoNormal><FONT face="Times New Roman" size=3>During the course of the week AutocheX, a fifth CSI company, verbally pledged support of a CIECA-initiated effort/ committee.</SPAN></FONT></P><BR> <P class=MsoNormal><FONT face="Times New Roman" size=3>The reason for the uptick in interest in CSI within the industry can be largely attributed to an insurance mandate of the use of a particular CSI company for the insurance company DRP shops.</SPAN></FONT></P><BR> <P class=MsoNormal><FONT face="Times New Roman" size=3> I think the renewed interest in the CIECA CSI Committee provides a great opportunity for the industry at this point, said John Webb, Sr. VP at CSi Complete. In the past, the Committee languished simply because there was not enough of a business case for it to succeed.
