Douglas A. Webb is founder and President and has been operating in the Columbus, Ohio area since 1994. Douglas Webb, Bonnie Webb, John Webb and David Merrell make up the executive management team of the company.
Doug Webb has over 30 years national and international marketing experience, heading up the Eli Lilly Benelux (Belgium, Luxembourg, and Netherlands) and German affiliates in the late 70's and early 80's. He moved on to Vice-President, Marketing and Sales at Roxane Laboratories in Columbus for seven years in the late 80's to 90's before starting Webb Interactive Marketing WIMCO with Bonnie Webb in 1994.
Bonnie Webb was telemarketing manager at Roxane Labs for six years and has more than 15 years experience in telemarketing and call center management and operations. As Executive Vice President, she oversees operations on various projects including CSI and interacts closely with David Merrell and other floor and shift managers to ensure quality training, hiring, and call procedures.
John Webb is Senior Vice President, Marketing and New Business Development. He joined the team in 1995. With prior experience in sales, marketing and publishing he oversees most of the company marketing efforts. He is responsible
for account management, new business development, advertising and public relations, trade show and industry involvement on all levels, and CSI sales efforts.
David Merrell has been involved in the collision and auto physical damage industry for over eight years with a background in estimating and claims technologies. He assumes the role of Vice President of Strategic Initiatives and
is responsible for Direct Sales and managing our inside sales team. He is also responsible for product definition expansion into automated services and strategic relationships.
