Product Delivery and Online Reports

CSi Complete provides various ways for our customers to access the data that is generated by market research. Generally, the research is summarized in a report which is designed to be user-friendly, easy to understand, and actionable. Other customers just want the raw data returned, so that they can create their own reporting. These customers usually have robust in-house statistical or IT departments that can create reporting from the data. In either case, CSi Complete has a delivery mechanism that is right for you! Here are the options:

1. Data Transfer. A data transfer is simply a transfer of the data points that are generated in the market research. It can be done in the format of your choice, such as Excel spreadsheet or comma delimited.

2. Hard Copy Reports. Some customers like hard copy, paper reports. Our reports are colorful, with charts and graphs to help you understand the results. Due to the cost of printing and mailing, our hard copy reports are typically priced higher than other reports. For a sample, Click Here.

3. PDF Reports. Most customers utilize an electronic PDF report format. These reports look exactly like the hard copy reports, but they are sent to you in an e-mail. From there, you can download them to a folder where you keep all historical reports, and can print the reports out at your convenience. You can also share them with other users in your office or network.

4. Online Reports. CSi Complete offers reporting online. Typically, these reports are not as graphic or colorful as our PDF or Paper reports, due to the various capabilities of different computers and Internet access speeds. 5. CD ROM. Current reports or a historical library of reports can be burned onto a CD ROM.

Quality Starts with the Survey

The entire quality and credibility of a CSi Complete program is based on the survey call and the ability of that individual to accurately interpret the conversation and then enter the results into the system. We never forget that quality starts with the call.

At CSi Complete we are a full service call center with on-site staff and management. While some CSI companies outsource their calls or lack the capacity or resources to do the job properly, the CSi Complete program is administered and managed solely by our own employees. We do our own calling, software development, and report production. This gives us great quality control, fast flexibility for customer requests, and superior customer service capabilities.

Our staff consists of highly educated and articulate agents that are trained extensively and undergo continuous coaching. The only effective way to make sure the call is getting made correctly, however, is to have the hands on management and coaching in the call center. We utilize remote call monitoring and call checks to verify the quality of our work. Additionally all surveys are digitally recorded. This is an available tool used in training - both for our company and our business partners.
