CSi Complete offers a full compliment of services to the insurance industry designed to
help you improve performance in various business units. We have experience with various
national clients and have the expertise to develop a program to fit your specific needs.
According to Mark L. Trencher, Assistant Vice President of Insurance Research and
Publications at Conning & Company, times of slow, gradual change in the industry are
gone, and the company that does not do effective market research is at a significant
disadvantage. It now takes two to three years for an insurance company to become
profitable on an individual policyholder. Customer loyalty is the key to profitability
and the key to customer loyalty is knowing what the customer wants.

One of the most frequent questions we are asked is, How many surveys need to be done
to establish credibility? Generally, we recommend at least a confidence level of 90%
for business purposes. At that level, you are 90% confident that the information is
reliable. If you establish your baseline CSI number you can use the
chart as a
guideline to determine how many surveys you need to complete to have a certain level of
confidence in your results.
An important key of market research is the ability to effectively and efficiently communicate
the results with customers. The reports we deliver are packed with great information, but the
key is that they are user-friendly and actionable. We want to help you improve your business and
profits! The method of delivery is also important, and we have several for you to choose from:
Data Transfer
Some customers have their own internal resources from which to run reports, and therefore only
require the data be returned to them in its' new form. Other companies want to store the data
on their own servers for a historical record of what they have done, or for future use. In
either case, a monthly or quarterly data transfer is available. Data transfers are done
electronically, typically in spreadsheet format. We can also set up an FTP site to securely
transmit data. There is a per element or administrative fee, depending on the account.
Hard Copy Reports
Our CSi Complete report started in hard copy and is still a favorite form of delivery. The
reports are colorful and useful, and typically mailed out on a monthly basis.
PDF Reports
Our PDF reports are identical in look to the hard copy reports, however they are sent via e-mail
to a specific address. The recipient then has the option of storing the information on a hard
drive, e-mailing it to others within the organization, business partners or potential business
partners, or printing it out.
CSi Complete Online Reports
Reports are available online and are password protected utilizing 128 bit encrypted for maximum
security. The look of the online reports is slightly different due to the need to make it
functional for a variety of customer computer capabilities, but the same information is presented.
Multi-level functionality with the ability to customize access per user is offered. Historical
data is also available.
CSi Complete CD ROM
For customers with a variety of reports in different markets, it may be useful to collect a library of
all reports that have been produced on a monthly basis in one place. We can burn everything
onto a CD ROM for these customers.
